Process design: preparation for ERP selection
I helped a vegetable breeding company that is active worldwide at analysing and designing business processes. Goal: to gain insight in the business operations as a stepping stone to the selection of an ERP application.
Process design: central procurement
A homecare organization decided to centralize procurement. I helped the facilities manager and the employee responsible for procurement to sketch the outlines of the purchasing organization and the purchasing processes.
Functional design: application for process modelling
For an IT service provider I designed an application for modelling business processes. Important parts of it: the data model, the use cases and the user interface. I also supervised the development.
